Complimentary Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping is included with all VALOR timepiece purchases within the United States. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
In-stock watches typically ship after final inspection and order processing. Personalized and custom watches require additional time for design, proofing, engraving, assembly, or other requested work. We will communicate with you throughout that process when applicable.
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional charge. Shipping estimates provided at checkout begin when an order ships and do not include production or personalization time.
Returns
We want you to be confident in the watch you receive.
Unworn, non-personalized watches may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Watches must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and included materials.
Please contact VALOR Alliance before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.
Personalized & Custom Watches
A watch made specifically for you cannot generally be returned to inventory and sold to someone else.
For that reason, watches with personalized engraving, custom artwork, custom dial work, or other customer-requested modifications are final sale once the personalized work has been approved and completed.
VALOR Custom watches are final sale following approval of the customer's design proof.
Founders Circle
Founders Circle watches are individually serialized and personalized for their owners. Because each watch permanently carries its assigned serial number and personalized caseback engraving, Founders Circle watches are final sale once personalization has been completed.
Damage, Defects & VALOR Errors
Final sale does not mean you're on your own if something is wrong.
If your watch arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the design or personalization you approved because of an error by VALOR Alliance, contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right. These situations are handled separately from our standard return policy.
Return Condition
Returned watches must be unworn and in their original condition. Watches showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be eligible for return.
Original packaging and included materials should be returned with the watch.
